We’re building Koro because encrypted team communication shouldn’t be a premium feature.
Koro started in Vienna — from the observation that teams in Europe juggle between WhatsApp (too personal), Slack (not encrypted) and an email-app avalanche (too scattered). We think it can be done more elegantly.
Our mission
European teams need a tool that understands their reality.
We come from studios, agencies and small B2B companies. The important discussion happens on WhatsApp, the briefing on Slack, the order in an email attachment and the appointment in a fourth tool. No one knows where the truth lives anymore.
Koro bundles all of this into one app, keeps it end-to-end encrypted and automatically translates between the languages that European teams inevitably mix. No tracking, no ads, no data sharing — as a product promise AND as a technical guarantee.
